I am passionate about offering a safe environment for people to share their lives and gain support. I care about creating connections with others based on compassion, understanding, and a sense of shared humanity. I seek to meet each individual with openness and curiosity, uncovering what is meaningful and important to each person and moving towards it.

Therapy can help in a great variety of ways, such as to help people:

  • Make room for difficult internal experiences (thoughts, feelings, urges, memories), while still living the life they want

  • Learn new ways to relate to difficult thoughts, feelings, and urges so that they don’t control life

  • Develop insight into the origins of their struggles with a view to greater understanding of and freedom from old adaptations that are no longer needed

  • Work towards accepting and learning to comfort the self in pain and distress

  • Tune in to their own inner strengths, resources, wisdom, guidance, and kindness

  • Build practical coping skills and resilience to manage challenges

  • Enhance a sense of life force, empowerment, and vitality by living in alignment with your values and fostering healthy relationships

  • Enhance their innate capacity to be present in the moment

  • Cultivate greater self-awareness and self-acceptance

  • Nurture fulfilling relations with self and others

  • Observe the different aspects of themselves with openness and non-judgement
